Hello I'm Francoise Webb, owner of Fancy Skin Esthetics. My passion for all things spa and salon related started over 20 years ago when I received my nail tech license. After doing that for quite some time, I took a break from that to focus on my 3 beautiful children as a single mother until 10 years ago when I met my now husband, and we both knew I was longing to go back to what I loved. I received my Esthetics license along with CIDESCO certification and worked with a franchise spa company for over 5 years, getting experience and more knowledge working with Dermalogica products, resulting in becoming a Dermalogica Expert! The name Fancy Skin Esthetics comes from my one of husband's cousin, who always called me Fancy due to my name, and she would always say, "You just look Fancy!" The name fits so well because not only do I make sure my clients' skincare needs are addressed, I want them to walk out after their service feeling "fancy"! With my strong faith in God and my passion for Esthetics, my goal is to have you understand what it takes to get the results you desire with proper homecare knowing what to do to achieve that. Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy: Thank you for respecting our time and scheduling policies. These guidelines help us provide the best service to all clients at Fancy Skin Esthetics. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or appointment rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service amount. No-Call / No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any communication (“no-call, no-show”) will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount. Late Arrival Policy: Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more may need to reschedule their appointment and will be charged a 50% late cancellation fee. Depending on the schedule, we may not be able to accommodate late arrivals without affecting other appointments. Repeat Offenses: Clients with more than 2 no-call/no-shows, late arrivals, or last-minute cancellations will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit before booking future appointments.
